Paneer Paro

INGREDIENTS :

1 "½ Cups Paneer cubed
1 tbsp. Yoghurt
1 Cup Methi (Fenugreek) Leaves
1 Pinch Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Red Chili paste
2 tsp Ginger - Garlic paste
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
2 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
2 Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Onion, Chopped


METHOD :



paneer-paroWash and clean Methi leaves. Chop finely. Heat Oil in a pan and add Jeera, Garlic, Onions and Salt. Fry till the Onions turn brown. Next add Chili paste, Ginger - Garlic paste and Tomatoes and stir-fry. Add Methi leaves and add Paneer cubes. Mix well. Add beaten Curds and Salt. Mix well and remove to a serving bowl.
Serve hot with your choice of Indian Bread.
