Methi Chaman

INGREDIENTS :

2 Cups Methi (Fenugreek Leaves), Chopped
4 Cups Paneer (Cottage Cheese) cubes
1 Cup Onion, Chopped
"¾ Cup Tomato, Chopped
2 tsp Kashmiri Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Garlic, Chopped
4 tbsp Oil
1tbsp Cumin Seeds powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste


METHOD :



methiHeat Oil in a thick-bottomed vessel. Put Garlic and Cumin Seeds into it. Saute and add Onions to it. Saute till Onions turn golden brown. Add Tomatoes and Chili powder to it. Now add chopped Methi into it. Cook till it is done. Add Paneer cubes sprinkle Garam Masala and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.

Remove to a serving dish and serve hot with Ghee Rice or Roti.
